Indian Culture


North Indian Culture

Hindi the mother tongue and the National language of India has been originated from North India. Hindi is the Khari Boli (a later part of Brij language belong to Mathura in Uttar Pradesh which is also known as the birth place of Lord Krishna. Agra is only 65 Km and Delhi is 145 Km from Mathura situated on the same National Highway so both the main tourism cities and surroundings speak Hindi. North India is well affected with Krishna period. Fairs & festivals, dresses, folk dances and way of living is mostly according to the Brij culture.

In North India region people like Panjabi dishes as Panjab is very special in preparing food. Native of North India are spread roughly from Agra to Jammu & Kashmir including Uttarakhand. West Indian Culture

West India is spread over whole Rajasthan upto Gujrat and Maharastra and surroundings. Main languages spoken here are Rajasthani, Gujrati, Maharastrian and so many local dialects. Way of life of locals is rich then other  parts of India as Gujrat and Maharastra  are the Economically sound state capitals.

East Indian Culture

Some part of East U.P. Lucknow onward to Calcutta lies under this region of East India and culturally and economically this region is quite different then rest part of India. Main languages spoken here are Hindi, Bihari, Bangali and so many local dialects. Main cities are Patna, Calcutta, Darjelling.

South Indian Culture

Main South Indian Culture lies is the States of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and some in Goa and surroundings. Main cities are Chennai, Banglore, Hyderabad, Kanyakumari and surroundings. South Indian food is famous in allover India as this is very light and easily digestible and quite tastefully. South India is the attraction for tourists for its South Indian Temples and culture. As a matter of fact in all the respect South India is entirely different then rest part of India. We Indian also feel ourselves like a foreigner in South India if we go there as a tourist.

Indian Culture in Metropolitan Cities

Metropolitan cities like Delhi, Bombay. Chennai and Calcutta have lost their original culture as they are now state capitals and prime business centers of India. They better look like part of mini India with mix-culture. They have better options for business, education, health, medical assistance, career and in other needed sectors of ones life.
